What data I collect
The website requires no registration and does not profile visitors. I collect only:
- Data you send voluntarily through the contact form or by writing to the email address shown: full name, telephone, email, role or company, the revenue range if given, and the information contained in your message, together with the language in which you viewed the site.
- Self-assessment data, if you choose to complete it: name, email, company and role, the answers given to the seven questions and the resulting score.
- Technical browsing data processed by the hosting provider solely to deliver and secure the service (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request), kept for a limited period in the server logs.
Requests sent through the forms pass through the hosting provider, which stores them on my behalf until they are deleted, and are delivered to me by email.
Why I process it and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| To reply to your request and, where appropriate, arrange a first exploratory conversation | Pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR | 24 months from the last contact, unless a professional engagement begins |
| To send you the result of the self-assessment and the guide requested, and to contact you about it | Consent of the data subject — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, revocable at any time | 24 months from completion, unless consent is withdrawn |
| Website security and prevention of abuse | Legitimate interest of the controller — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR | Limited retention of the hosting provider’s technical logs |
| Legal obligations (tax, professional) in the event of an engagement | Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR | Within the periods laid down by the applicable legislation |
Providing the data marked as mandatory in the forms is necessary in order to contact you: without it, the request cannot be followed up.
Who it may be disclosed to
The data is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed, on my behalf and as data processors, by the technical providers needed to deliver the service (website hosting, collection and forwarding of requests sent through the forms, email service) and, where necessary for the engagement, by advisers and professionals bound by confidentiality. Should a provider process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
