My professional career began more than twenty-five years ago in tax and corporate advisory as a chartered accountant (dottore commercialista), and over the years widened to management responsibilities in businesses across Italy. In time I chose to go beyond the traditional role of the adviser, working alongside SMEs in different sectors and guiding them through growth, reorganisation, management control and value building. In the last ten years I have specialised in business crisis and over-indebtedness procedures — since the original Law 3 of 2012 — developing a complete view of the fragilities and the potential of business systems.
Today I bring my experience directly inside SMEs as an external, outsourced CFO, putting the technical and managerial skills I have acquired at the service of the business owner’s economic and financial decisions. My aim is to become a stable point of reference in preventing the crisis, through planning, management control and the processes of growth and value building over time. I also lecture and write for Il Sole 24 Ore — Norme & Tributi on tax and business crisis.
